2013年11月19日，本司“財新網(wǎng)”發(fā)表了報道“中移動原副總經(jīng)理魯向東一審被判無期”，報道發(fā)表后，引起輿論廣泛關(guān)注，但其間也出現(xiàn)了不少侵權(quán)行為，至少包括但不限于下述網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒體，均為無協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)載，除鳳凰網(wǎng)、中金在線、網(wǎng)易河南、南都網(wǎng)四家注明來自財新網(wǎng)之外，其他各家甚至沒有標(biāo)注出自財新網(wǎng)，而將出處標(biāo)注為其他網(wǎng)站，包括不少侵權(quán)網(wǎng)站。
